CHAIR YOGA CLASS

The Italian American Community Center sponsors a eight week chair yoga class. Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support. This course is great for people wanting to reclaim healthy movement, build strength and joint mobility, and regain your best body regardless of your age and fitness level! This class is open to the public.

Remember to wear loose comfortable clothing!

beginning  on September 18th and continue through November 6th.


6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

In the second-floor Caruso Room


$60.00 per person (8 weeks)

$10.00 per person (1 night)


No Reservations Required.

 

Fee collected at the start of the 8 week session
or before each class.
